 Army veteran, business administrator, and co-owner of Kinetic Momentum Force. Megan oversees company administration, client relations, compliance, and organizational development. Her focus is ensuring every client receives professional service backed by accountability and clear communication. 

Chloe assists with client communications, community outreach, and administrative support. She helps build relationships with clients and ensures inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. 

 Shane brings more than 15 years of security and K-9 experience to KMF. He oversees field operations, officer development, training standards, and daily security operations.

Officer Rowland oversees field operations and officer supervision, ensuring KMF personnel maintain the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and client service. With more than a decade of security experience, he provides leadership, mentorship, and operational support while helping coordinate daily security and K-9 operations across the company. 

Officer Loy joined KMF with a strong work ethic and a passion for working with dogs. While building his experience as a security officer, he is also training toward becoming a K-9 handler. His dedication to learning, reliability, and eagerness to grow reflect the values that help drive our team forward. 

 Jada supports the daily care and well-being of our K-9 team, helping maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for our dogs. Her attention to detail, compassion for animals, and commitment to the program make her a valued member of the KMF team. 

 Marcus is a dedicated member of the KMF team who supports daily security operations through professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to client service. With a focus on continued growth and development, he is expanding his experience in the security field while working toward future opportunities within the K-9 program. 

 Murphy serves as a periodic training advisor to KMF, providing insight drawn from years of working dog and handler development concepts. While not involved in day-to-day operations, his perspective on leadership, training structure, and canine development has helped shape portions of our training philosophy and long-term program goals. 

 Vance serves as an occasional advisor to KMF, providing operational insight and an outside perspective on security and training matters. His experience and practical approach help reinforce the importance of professionalism, preparation, and continuous improvement within the industry.
